Development

Valley invests heavily in its in-house design development team. Working closely with our creative teams, our highly skilled development designers and engineers go through rigorous procedures to ensure that we remain totally in control and on target to meet your agreed cost parameters, quality performance, deadlines and project plans. Our continual improvement programme means that we seek out and explore new ways in which to deliver you the competitive advantage at retail.

We have over 125 years of experience within the printing industry and remain at the forefront of producing temporary in-store displays and POS materials. Our print operation provides extensive know-how, along with the latest print technology and innovation, to ensure that we become trusted partners for all your printing requirements. Our in-house facilities have the capacity and flexibility to deliver the most complex campaigns with speed and efficiency.

Fabrication

Both our in-house UK and overseas production plants mean that we can cost effectively manufacture any of your permanent display projects. We can produce anything from single display pieces to large rollout programs and complex, technical shop in shops. We have many years of expertise and state-of-the-art equipment within our joinery, metal and acrylic fabrication divisions, ensuring that that your project will be dealt with by a team experienced in delivering on time and on budget.

Injection Moulding

Our operations provide a full range of manufacturing options. We can cater for small and medium vacuum forming runs to high volume, precision-engineered injection moulding projects. All our tooling is done by our own in-house experts, giving us full control and translating in to cost effective, high quality production and improved speed-to-market.

Assembly

Our assembly, collation, packing and dispatch facilities complete the production cycle for our customers. Fully flexible working procedures allow for upscaling on large, time-critical projects where necessary and are capable of delivering complex, multi-lingual, cross-territory campaigns with the highest levels of accuracy.

Fulfil

Our new 24 hour secure fulfilment warehouse is a major advantage to clients as we can pass on savings by manufacturing and filling shippers in a single location. Housing bespoke packaging lines to minimise environmental impact it allows us to send filled displays direct to retailers or through distribution networks. High levels of cleanliness comply to BRC storage and distribution accreditation and our systems integrate with retailer EDI interfaces.
